Overview
Takao is a second year student at Fujou High and is the president of the Real Game Creation Club. She has two sisters who are Takao's Eldest Sister and Takao's Second Sister. Her mother is Takao's Mother.
After her attempts to have the Game Creation Club (Temp) shut down or absorbed into her own club fails, she begins to regularly hang around their club to the point that her own club members rarely see her.
Personality
She is a very simple, naïve, and overall dense girl, but she cares very deeply for her friends. She really hates to lose and she easily holds grudges against anyone or anything. She also cries very easily. She may not look it, but she is actually a very sweet girl inside. She is shown to be a tsundere and doesn't like to show her true feelings to others, especially to her crush, Kenji Kazama.
She also starts to develop romantic feelings for Kenji Kazama. Clear evidence of these feelings are shown when she asked him a ton of personal questions, which shows that she wanted to know more about him. She is also quite jealous of Roka for getting too close to him and other various reasons. She also cares a lot for Kenji as seen when she gaved him a hot dog for lunch after finding out that his lunch was eaten by Roka Shibasaki and Chitose Karasuyama.
Background
She was part of the original Game Creation club along with Roka Shibasaki until Roka quit, blaming herself for causing other club members to quit. This left the club on the brink of destruction, forcing Takao to find new club members, which is why she hated both Roka and the "Fake" Game Creation Club. In episode 3 of the anime, after the so-called "war" between her club and Roka's, she makes up with Roka and becomes friendly with the Game Creation Club (Temp).
Relationships
Takao seemed to hate Roka for destroying her club but was actually more upset that Roka left than anything. However, she made up with Roka after the bet between the clubs and went back to being friends again. She realizes from Chitose that Roka is having fun at her new club and feels at home there, so she forgives her and makes up with her. Afterwards, Takao is often seen at Roka's club.
Takao has a crush Kenji. After developing feelings for him, she starts getting closer to him; as shown in the anime, she helps save him from the Band of 14 Devils along with Chitose, Roka and Sakura. She shows interest in Kazama in many indirect ways.
Chitose is often seen to antagonize Takao. However, during the bet between the two clubs, Chitose comforts Takao when she is crying and apologizes for nearly destroying Takao's club and admits she did not think of the consequences back then. They seem to be friendly after that.
Inada is the vice president of Takao's club and is often seen supporting Takao's various activities. They are quite close.
Sakuragaoka is one of the club members that helped Takao rebuild her club. He is her junior.
Yamada is one of the club members that helped Takao rebuild her club. Though he seems very tall and intimidating, he is actually a timid guy.

- Takao's first name has still not been revealed.
- Just like other characters' in D-Frag their names are reference to railway stations in Japan, Her name is derived from Takao Station (Tokyo).
- She is one of few girls to have a clear crush on Kazama, the others being Roka and Funabori.
- Her three sizes are 92-61-83 cm.
- She lives with both parents and 2 older sisters. She shares her figure with her mother, but her sisters are both flat-chested.
- Takao made an interesting cameo in The World God Only Knows season 2 episode 5 as a character in Keima's galge. [1]
