Ogawa (小川) is a first year student at Fujou High and a friend of Noe Kazama.
Overview
Ogawa tells the story of famous people in Fujou High like the Student Council President: Chitose Karasuyama, the President of the Game Creation Club: Takao and others. When she tells about other people she always described them as amazing.
Etymology
Just like other characters' in D-Frag!, their surnames are reference to railway stations in Japan with Ogawa being derived from Ogawa Station (Tokyo).
