Overview
He's the former Student Council vice-president. He boasts about watching every single anime that airs live at midnight. To compensate for sleep deprivation and eye fatigue, he keep his eyes half open or fully closed while he's at school and so the teachers wouldn't be aware if he fell asleep in class.
Personality
He said that he wouldn't act friendly to anyone, except someone who looked like an anime character or somebody who had a voice of an anime character. He said that Roka's and Sakura's voices were similar to his favorite voice actress, so it was no problem for him. It also seems that he is a bit of a masochist.
