Overview
She is a Second year student at Fujou High and is also the 15th Student Body President President and is the best friend of Roka Shibasaki. According to Ataru Kawahara she is literally the Queen of the school because both teachers and students bow down to her. He also mentioned that she caused gangs to go into hiding. She is also part of the Game Creation Club (Temp).
Personality
She is quite mean at times, although she is quite a good friend towards Roka Shibasaki and the other members.
Background
- Back when Roka Shibasaki was still in the Real Game Creation Club and was treated cold and indifferently by most of the club members, she decided to punish them and that was the reason why most of them left the club in the first place. Roka Shibasaki then taught that she was the reason why they had all left and was feeling down while sitting on a bench outside when Chitose approached her asking if she wanted to make her own game creation club and Roka Shibasaki shook her head saying yes.
- In the past she and the previous student body president had a battle and Roka Shibasaki had to end it. It is unknown what type of battle they had.
