Overview

She is a Second year student at Fujou High and is also the 15th Student Council President President and is the best friend of Roka Shibasaki and the younger sister of Chitose's Older Sister.

According to Ataru Kawahara she is literally the Queen of the school because both teachers and students bow down to her. He also mentioned that she caused gangs to go into hiding. She is also part of the Game Creation Club (Temp). Her element is "Earth", and her main combat method includes punching her opponent, throwing dirt at them, or digging traps. She also has a habit of burying her victims up to the neck

Personality

She is quite mean at times, although she is quite a good friend towards Roka Shibasaki and the other members, but treats Kenji really bad saying he has foot fetish while rubbing her feet in his face. Although she treats him bad, she still cares about him as seen where she is always trying to help him when he is in a pinch.

Background

Back when Roka Shibasaki was still in the Real Game Creation Club and was treated cold and indifferently by most of the club members, she decided to punish them and that was the reason why most of them left the club in the first place. Roka Shibasaki thought that she was the reason why they had all left and was feeling down while sitting on a bench outside when Chitose approached her asking if she wanted to make her own game creation club and Roka Shibasaki shook her head saying yes.

In the past she and the previous student body president (Tama) had a battle and Roka Shibasaki had to end it. It is unknown what type of battle they had.

There is rivalry between her, Roka Shibasaki and Tama Sakai and it started

when both her and Roka were 4 years old and Tama Sakai, 5 was years old. And according to Chitose the only reason she became student council president is because Tama did.

She became friends with Roka Shibasaki when they were 4 years old each.

Trivia

• She is one year younger than Tama Sakai but also ten years younger than her older sister as well as the same age as Roka Shibasaki.

• Just like other characters' in D-Frag their names are reference to railway stations in Japan, Her name is derived from Chitose-Karasuyama Station (千歳烏山駅 Chitose-karasuyama-eki).
